Biography

Jason Corsello is Yankee Group’s Research Director for Enterprise Software and Service Delivery Strategies. In this role, he is responsible for leading Yankee Group’s advisory and consulting services as it relates to enterprise applications such as human capital management (HCM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP), service delivery strategies such as software-as-a-service and business process outsourcing, and emergent technologies including web 2.0, collaboration and productivity solutions.

Prior to joining Yankee Group, Corsello was the director of marketing and business development at Commendo Software, a leading virtual infrastructure software company. At Commendo, Corsello developed go-to market plans, product road map methodologies and strategic partnerships with leading software companies, including Microsoft. Prior to Commendo, Corsello was a senior product manager at WorldChain, a Sequoia Capital-backed venture now Illinois Took Works [NYSE: ITW]. At WorldChain, Corsello developed the first on-demand supply chain solution, deployed at leading Fortune 1000 companies, such as Dell Computer and Network Appliance. Corsello’s background also includes more than 6 years of industry experience in operations, business development and corporate development at Solectron Corporation [NYSE: SLR], a Fortune 200 company, where he worked with Global 2000 clients in developing and implementing their outsourced manufacturing and supply chain strategies.

Corsello is a recognized thought leader in human capital management, workforce transformation, and business process outsourcing and his research has been featured in The Economist, CFO Magazine and leading industry trade publications. Corsello is a graduate of the School of Business Administration at the University of San Diego.
